This turns a diagram into more than just an image: you can click through to the relevant information, see the status and details at a glance, and navigate directly to the right section to take action. This is how you combine visualization with management and follow-up — and avoid standalone diagrams that become outdated after a single update.

Agile working with Kanban boards

If you want to collaborate on improvements using agile methods, FullyInControl can help you with Kanban boards within the platform. You can see the status and progress of actions, findings, and areas for improvement at a glance—from to-do to completed. This makes it immediately clear where work is piling up, where bottlenecks are arising, and which steps take priority.

Real-time chat in any item or diagram

Collaboration leads to better decisions and faster improvements. That’s why every item—from risks and processes to tasks—has a chat tab where you can consult directly with colleagues—in real time, if desired. All conversations remain linked to the item, so you can always see later why changes were made and what considerations were taken into account.

You can also collaborate on visuals: add comments directly on process diagrams, strategy maps or graphical root cause analyses (such as 5 Whys or Fishbone). Colleagues can respond, suggest additions, and propose changes right where it happens—without needing authorization to edit a diagram themselves.

You can also subscribe to a chat. This way, you’ll automatically receive updates when new comments or questions are posted, for example regarding a risk, requirement, action, finding, or task.

Do you need to run a test or respond to something on a regular basis? If so, you’ll automatically receive an email with a direct link to the appropriate action in FullyInControl. In many cases, you can get started right away without having to log in separately first.

In addition, all actions also appear in FullyInControl’s notification center. From there, you can click directly on the actions and easily keep track of what’s expected of you. This helps prevent things from being forgotten, allows you to respond more quickly, and ensures that follow-ups don’t get overlooked.

Interactive dialogue sessions

With FullyInControl, you can set up a discussion session—such as a risk brainstorming session—in just a few minutes. Participants receive an invitation and provide their input via an interactive screen. They don’t need an account. New risks appear immediately in the team overview, allowing you to prioritize together which ones to address.

Next, you and the same group assess the risks to ensure an objective and consensus-based outcome. FullyInControl automatically calculates the average score and clearly shows who gave which rating—ideal for focused discussion and better decision-making.

Interactive screens and questionnaires

All screens and diagrams in FullyInControl are interactive. This means that all changes are immediately visible to everyone active in the same screen. A change is pushed to everyone so that the change is immediately visible to everyone, without refreshing the browser. This allows optimal collaboration on diagrams and tasks or you can, for example, answer a questionnaire together.
