Audit trail

All modules in FullyInControl have an extensive audit trail. This also applies to questionnaires and surveys. For each change it is recorded who changed what and when. It also logs when reminders, questionnaires or checklists have been sent to whom. For questionnaires and forms, an explanation of a change or choice can be given for each item and question, and evidence can be uploaded and added. Photos can also be taken from a mobile device. Everything in FullyInControl is always audit ready! and traceable.
